Mr. Zelnick applies his experience as a former CPA, practicing attorney, and licensed clinical psychotherapist to resolve internal conflicts and impasses between owners of businesses, CPA/law firms, and family business enterprises.
With a career spanning over forty years, Mr. Zelnick has held senior leadership and advisory positions with public and private companies, including roles as CEO, President, and CFO. Most recently, he has had over a decade of experience working as a clinical psychotherapist with major psychiatric institutions, as well as in private practice.
Mr. Zelnick holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, a Masters in Public Accounting from McGill University School of Graduate Studies, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the McGill University School of Management.
