The Estate Planning Council of San Bernardino County is pleased to welcome back Dr. Stacey Wood to present at the December in-person meeting on the topic of capacity and undue influence.
Dr. Wood is a clinical neuropsychologist and Full Professor of Psychology at Scripps College in Claremont, CA. She received a B.A. in Bio-Psychology from Middlebury College, and a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Houston. Dr. Wood also works as a consulting neuropsychologist on cases relating to competency and capacity issues in Southern California.
