THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSOR, Craig Wilson, Fullerton, Lemann, Schaefer & Dominick

About the Program:  The best defense is a good offense. In avoiding estate litigation, this means working with an estate planner who is familiar with estate litigation.  Estate litigation is expensive and can tie up estates for years.  The more an  estate planner knows about estate litigation, the more likely he or she will be able to help clients avoid the estate litigation traps. Mr. Dominick will discuss litigation in the probate and trust arena and ways to anticipate and avoid, (or at least minimize) the perils of litigation.

About the Speaker:  Mr. Dominick is a partner with Fullerton, Lemann, Schaefer & Dominick. LLP where he practices exclusively in the areas of trust and estate planning and litigation.  He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University San Bernardino and his law degree from University of San Diego School of Law.   He is admitted to practice in before the California state courts, several federal court and the United States Supreme Court.  He is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.  He occasionally serves as judge pro tempore in probate court and has lectured on probate and trust topics for local bar associations, colleges, universities and the National Business Institute.  He is a member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the State Bar Association,  the Probate Sections of the San Bernardino and Riverside County Bar Associations and is a past President of the San Bernardino County Bar Association.
