Lantson E. Eldred obtained a Masters Degree in Economics from UCLA, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Georgetown University Law School.
The focus of this practice, since the early 1980’s, has been estate planning, and in particular that subset of estate planning referred to as “wealth preservation;” dealing with larger and more complex estates where death and other transfer taxes, particularly Generation Skipping Transfer Taxes, are an issue, and where the mechanics of multi-generational succession to family business and wealth cause particular concerns.
