The Estate Planning Council of San Bernardino County is pleased to welcome San Bernardino County Probate Referee Bud Garvin to present at the October In-Person meeting.
The California Probate Referee System provides low cost, prompt and reliable appraisals of all types of estate and trust assets including businesses, securities, real estate and personal property. Although required in most court-related matters, probate referees regularly perform appraisal services for estates and trusts where no court proceeding is pending. Join us for a discussion of the asset valuation process and how a probate referee fits into the probate of an estate or the administration of a trust.
